JenniferBakerCoach was established in 2006 and has delivered Executive and Leadership Coaching, Career Coaching and bespoke development programmes to manufacturing and service industries, charities and education, covering a broad range of private and public sector clients.
In 2014, Jennifer was the guest speaker for IGDs Leading Edge Event’s ‘Getting Started: Turn Knowledge into Action.’
Jennifer currently writes a monthly column for The Grocer magazine on Leadership and Career related topics.
In 2012, Jennifer was a Key Note Speaker at the Fresh Inspirations National Conference 2012 on Career Planning.
Jennifer also volunteered as Business Advisor with the nationwide Young Enterprise programme at Woodbridge School working with Year 12-13 winning in East Anglia and going on to represent the region in the Young Enterprise National competition.
Jennifer volunteers with AIME is a dynamic educational program that is proven to support Indigenous students through high school and into university, employment or further education. AIME gives Australia's Indigenous students the skills, opportunities, belief and confidence to grow and succeed tackling inequality across 20 countries around the globe.
