Jennifer Baker is a professionally trained coach and facilitator with a strategic business background. She specialises in the personal and professional development of people who want to increase their performance and enhance their careers. She facilitates the learning of individuals and groups in personal development, business communication and leadership skills.
She has built on a solid foundation of over 20 years experience in the food industry in management, marketing and sales across Europe; and now with a further 6 years of coaching practice. Jennifer is a professionally trained coach, qualified through the Coaching Academy (Distinction) and is a Member of the Association for Coaching and ICF. She undertakes supervision to ensure her Code of Ethics and Continuous Professional Development is maintained.
Jennifer is from Australia having first arrived in the UK in 1991 and is married with one son.
She enjoys working with clients who have already been successful in their lives and career but often just want to create more. This may be achieving more in their current profession or to a complete career change.
